The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations in a full-time, on-site role based in Vadodara. Typical responsibilities include managing employee lifecycle activities such as recruitment coordination, onboarding, documentation, and HR record maintenance. The role will support the implementation and administration of HR policies, ensure compliance with relevant labor regulations, and assist in performance management processes. The Human Resources Executive will handle employee relations matters, address queries, support engagement initiatives, and help foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture. The position will also collaborate with leadership to support manpower planning, training coordination, and HR reporting to align people practices with business needs.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) with experience in HR Management and HR Operations.
- Demonstrated ability to manage Employee Relations and support a respectful, inclusive work environment.
- Experience in developing, implementing, or administering HR Policies and standard HR processes.
- Knowledge of relevant labor laws, compliance requirements, and best practices in HR.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficiency with HRIS tools, MS Office, and basic HR analytics or reporting.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and maintain confidentiality.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior HR experience in manufacturing, engineering, or industrial sectors is preferred but not mandatory.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
