About the Role
As a Preschool Teacher at Tovi International Preschool, your role is to create a warm, safe, and fun environment where young children can learn and grow. You’ll help spark their curiosity and support their development through playful and meaningful learning experiences.
What You’ll Do
● Plan and teach fun, age-appropriate lessons that follow the preschool’s curriculum.
● Use play and hands-on activities to help children grow in areas like thinking, communication, emotions, and physical skills.
● Keep the classroom clean, safe, and inviting for children.
● Watch and track each child’s growth and learning, and note importantmilestones.
● Adjust your teaching to support each child’s unique needs and learning style.
● Talk regularly with parents about their child’s progress and well-being.
● Work closely with other teachers and join in training to keep learningandgrowing yourself.
● Qualifications
● A diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education or something similar.
● Training or certification in teaching methods like Montessori, Reggio Emilia, orEYFS is a plus.
● Some experience teaching young children in a preschool or early yearssetting.
● Personal Qualities
● You truly love working with little kids and helping them grow.
● You’re patient, kind, and full of creative ideas.
● You know how to manage a classroom and keep children engaged.
● You’re a great communicator and enjoy working as part of a team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
