Role Overview
We are hiring dynamic and target-driven candidates for the role of Senior Business Development Executive. This is an Inside Sales / Business Development role where the candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client engagement, sales conversion, and revenue generation.
Freshers and experienced candidates from EdTech, BPO, Banking, Insurance, Telecalling, Retail Sales, Customer Service, or any sales background can apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls.
- Generate and convert leads into successful sales.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Follow up with prospects through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain lead data and sales updates in CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and follow-up abilities.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
- Basic knowledge of CRM, MS Excel, and Google Sheets preferred.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and result-oriented.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduation mandatory.
- Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply.
- 0–6 years of experience in Business Development, Inside Sales, Tele Sales, BPO Sales, EdTech Sales, Retail Sales, or similar customer-facing sales roles.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
