Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in a Manufacturing Industry (Mandatory)
- Experience in the same or similar industry will be preferred.
Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations at our manufacturing plant. The candidate will be responsible for GST compliance, Income Tax Return (ITR) activities, TDS, and maintaining accurate financial records while ensuring statutory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Record day-to-day accounting transactions in Tally ERP/Tally Prime or other accounting software.
- Prepare and maintain ledgers, vouchers, and journal entries.
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) with timely reconciliations.
- Assist in monthly and annual book closing activities.
- Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9).
- Reconcile GSTR-2A/2B with purchase input tax credits.
- Maintain GST records for audits and assessments.
- Ensure timely payment and reporting of GST liabilities.
- Assist in preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns (ITR).
- Calculate and manage TDS deductions and compliance.
- Maintain records for tax audits and income tax compliance.
- Support internal and statutory audits.
- Maintain proper filing of financial and statutory records.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, banks, and auditors for account-related matters.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
- Strong understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and accounting principles.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Good analytical and reconciliation skills.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
Qualification
- B.Com / M.Com (Preferred)
- Additional certification in Accounting, GST, or Taxation will be an added advantage..
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
