Job Title: Accounts Manager – Banking Profile
Location: Dadar
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all banking operations, including cash management, fund transfers, and bank reconciliations.
- Manage daily cash flow and ensure adequate funds are available for operational requirements.
- Authorize and monitor NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, and other banking transactions.
- Maintain strong relationships with banks and coordinate for account management, documentation, and banking facilities.
- Ensure timely reconciliation of bank accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Monitor collections, payments, and cash balances to optimize working capital.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, internal financial controls, and audit requirements.
- Prepare MIS reports, cash flow statements, and banking reports for management.
- Support internal and external audits by providing accurate financial records.
- Lead and mentor the accounts team, ensuring timely completion of banking and finance activities.
- Coordinate with other departments for smooth financial operations.
Qualification
- CA Inter / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / B.Com with relevant experience.
Experience
- 5–8 years of experience in Accounts & Finance, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role.
- Experience in the healthcare or hospital industry will be preferred.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of banking operations, cash flow management, bank reconciliation, GST, TDS, and accounting principles.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and ERP/Hospital Information Systems.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹58,092.77 per month
