We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Legal Advisor Intern to support our legal and compliance functions. This internship offers hands-on exposure to corporate legal operations, contract management, compliance monitoring, legal research, and documentation. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, possess strong analytical skills, and have a keen interest in corporate and business law.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research on corporate, commercial, employment, and regulatory matters.
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and maintaining contracts, agreements, notices, and legal documents.
- Support compliance activities and ensure adherence to applicable laws and regulations.
- Maintain legal records, documentation, and compliance trackers.
- Assist in preparing legal reports, summaries, and case-related documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments to collect and verify legal documents.
- Support statutory filing and regulatory documentation processes.
- Monitor legal and regulatory updates relevant to the organization's operations.
- Assist management with day-to-day legal and compliance requirements.
Eligibility Criteria
- LLB or LLM graduate from a recognized institution.
- Strong interest in corporate law, contract management, and compliance.
- Excellent legal research and analytical skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
