Role Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented graduates to join our Finance team. As a Graduate Trainee, you will gain hands-on exposure to procurement operations, financial processes, vendor management, budgeting, and business support functions. This role is designed to develop future professionals through structured learning, mentorship, and real-time business experience.
Key Responsibilities
Finance
- Verify vendor invoices with purchase orders and goods receipt records.
- Support invoice processing and vendor payment coordination.
- Assist in expense tracking, budgeting, and cost analysis.
- Maintain financial records and documentation for audits.
- Support monthly and year-end closing activities.
- Prepare MIS reports and procurement expenditure analysis.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and statutory requirements.
Eligibility
- BBA, B.COM.
- 2025 and 2026 graduates are eligible.
- Freshers or candidates with up to one year of internship or relevant experience.
Desired Skills
- Good understanding of finance, accounting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or Zoho is an added advantage.
