Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Associate to identify potential clients, conduct outreach, build relationships, and convert prospects into meetings and customers. This role is ideal for individuals interested in sales, client acquisition, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound outreach through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
- Identify and qualify potential leads from target industries.
- Schedule meetings and product demonstrations with prospects.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
- Understand client requirements and present relevant solutions.
- Update CRM and maintain accurate records of outreach activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing and leadership team to improve conversion rates.
- Achieve weekly and monthly outreach and meeting targets.
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Confidence in speaking with business owners and decision-makers.
- Basic understanding of sales and business development processes.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to learn.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Prior experience in sales, business development, customer support, or lead generation is a plus but not mandatory.
