Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Sales Ownership: Manage the entire sales funnel from initial outreach, discovery calls, and technical scoping alignment to final contract negotiation and closing.
- Lead Conversion: Actively engage inbound leads and aggressively prospect outbound opportunities, turning cold conversations into closed business.
- Consultative Pitching: Understand client pain points and pitch our specific capabilities (e.g., Tokenization, DeFi, Smart Contracts, Custom DApps, and Mobile/Web development).
- Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of Web3 trends, market shifts, and competitor strategies to position our services effectively.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain meticulous records of deals, communications, and forecasts using CRM tools to ensure absolute conversion efficiency.
What We’re Looking For
- Web3 Domain Expertise: You must understand the fundamentals of blockchain technology, NFTs, smart contracts, tokenization, and the broader Web3 ecosystem. You can confidently discuss these concepts with tech founders.
- Proven Closing Track Record: 2+ years of software/IT service sales experience, with a dedicated focus on closing B2B clients or Web3 startups.
- Elite Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills. You need to be highly persuasive and comfortable pitching to C-level executives.
- Location: Ability to work full-time, on-site from our office in Powai, Mumbai.
- Mindset: A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. You don't wait for leads to land in your lap—you go find them.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
