Role: Trainee IT Recruiter (Fresher)
Location: Gachibowli, Hyderabad (Work from Office)
Shift: Night Shift (US PST Time Zone)
Experience: Freshers (0-1 Year)

We are looking for enthusiastic and energetic graduates who are interested in building a career in IT Recruitment. If you have good communication skills, enjoy interacting with people, and are willing to work in the US night shift, we'd love to meet you.
Responsibilities
· Source IT candidates using Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
· Screen resumes based on job requirements.
· Connect with candidates through calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
· Schedule interviews with clients.
· Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
· Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
· Learn recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and IT technologies.
Requirements
· Any Graduate (2024, 2025, or 2026 pass-outs are welcome).
· Good verbal and written English communication.
· Basic computer skills and internet knowledge.
· Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
· Comfortable working in Night Shift (US PST).
· Immediate joiners are preferred.
