We are seeking an experienced Automotive Requirements Engineer to support leading European Automotive OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in requirements engineering, systems engineering principles, and automotive development processes throughout the V-Cycle.

Capture, analyze, refine, and manage customer and system requirements.

Create SyRS and SRS.

Perform requirement decomposition and allocation.

Establish end-to-end traceability.

Manage requirement baselines and change requests.

Conduct requirement reviews and impact assessments.

Collaborate with Software, Hardware, Test and Safety teams.

Support ASPICE assessments.

6–10 years in automotive.

Experience with European OEMs/Tier-1s.
