Job Title: Graphic Designer (Adobe Illustrator Specialist)

About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with strong Adobe Illustrator skills to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in vector artwork creation, image-to-vector conversion, logo design, and social media creatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working on a variety of design projects and has a strong understanding of print-ready artwork preparation.
Key Responsibilities
- Convert raster images, sketches, and artwork into high-quality vector files.
- Create and edit vector illustrations using Adobe Illustrator.
- Prepare artwork for production, including slicing, segmentation, and technical design modifications.
- Design logos, branding elements, and marketing materials.
- Create engaging social media posts, banners, and promotional creatives.
- Ensure all designs meet quality standards and are production-ready.
- Organize and maintain design files and artwork libraries.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs on time.
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (mandatory).
- Good knowledge of vector tracing and vector artwork creation.
- Experience with image-to-vector conversion and artwork recreation.
- Understanding of layers, paths, clipping masks, and technical artwork preparation.
- Knowledge of logo design principles and brand identity development.
- Experience creating social media graphics and promotional materials.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or Certification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in graphic design (Freshers with a strong portfolio may also apply).
- Experience in print design and packaging artwork will be an added advantage.
