Key Responsibilities
- Manage front-office operations, visitor registration, and guest hospitality.
- Coordinate meeting rooms, leadership visits, client meetings, and corporate events.
- Ensure smooth pantry, housekeeping, and workplace hospitality services.
- Liaise with vendors and service partners to maintain quality standards.
- Provide a professional and welcoming workplace experience for all stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in corporate hospitality, workplace services, facilities management, or hotel operations.
- Strong communication, customer service, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced corporate environment.
