Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Interior Designer – Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination, execution, and successful delivery of interior design projects. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in project management, site execution, vendor coordination, client handling, and quality control within the interior fit-out, modular kitchen, bath, furniture, and residential/commercial interior industry.
The role requires managing projects from concept to completion while ensuring timelines, budgets, quality standards, and client expectations are met.
Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & Management
- Manage end-to-end execution of interior design projects from design handover to project completion.
- Develop project schedules, timelines, and resource allocation plans.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within budget.
- Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
Site Execution & Supervision
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor work progress and quality.
- Ensure all site activities are executed according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Resolve on-site technical and operational issues.
- Maintain project documentation, site reports, and progress updates.
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during project execution.
- Conduct project review meetings and provide regular status updates.
- Manage client expectations and address concerns promptly.
- Ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Vendor & Contractor Coordination
- Coordinate with suppliers, fabricators, contractors, and installation teams.
- Monitor procurement schedules and material deliveries.
- Negotiate with vendors to ensure cost-effective project execution.
- Evaluate contractor performance and ensure compliance with project standards.
Quality & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Conduct quality inspections and snagging before project handover.
- Ensure all installations meet design intent and functional requirements.
Budget Control
- Monitor project costs and expenditures.
- Track variations, change orders, and additional scope requirements.
- Assist management in project budgeting and cost optimization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- 5–10+ years of experience in interior project management and execution.
- Experience in residential, commercial, retail, modular kitchen, bath, and furniture projects preferred.
- Strong understanding of interior fit-out processes, materials, and construction methods.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
