Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell insurance products to prospective customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into successful sales.
- Achieve individual sales targets and business objectives.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation.
- Ensure a high standard of customer service throughout the sales process.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in Insurance Sales.
- Experience in Motor Insurance, Health Insurance, or Life Insurance is mandatory.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
- Basic computer knowledge and customer handling skills.
Compensation
- Motor Insurance / Health Insurance Experience: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 In-Hand
- Life Insurance Experience: Up to ₹20,000 In-Hand

- Shift Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
- Weekly Off: Rotational Week Offs
