We are seeking a Junior Designer to join our team and contribute to the creation of compelling designs that align with specific requirements. As a Junior Designer, you will collaborate closely with a Senior Designer to produce work of the highest quality. In this role, your creativity and meticulous attention to detail will be crucial.

Responsibilities
- Understand project requirements and concepts.
- Follow design briefs and directions, supporting the process from conceptualisation through to completion
- Work closely alongside the Senior Graphic Designer and Design Manager to support ongoing projects, taking direction and feedback
- Keep yourself up to date with the latest digital technologies and design software changes
- Artwork, resize and export files and graphics
- Carry out brand and industry research, stock image research and sourcing
- Retouch and edit images and graphics
Requirements and skills
- Up to three years of experience as a Junior Designer
- Experience with graphics editing tools (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW)
- Full understanding of preparing artwork and graphics for print, web, digital.
- Portfolio of high-quality graphic design work
- Strong communication skills with the confidence to clearly explain suggestions and discuss content ideas
- Ability to take direction, accept feedback objectively and work within brand guidelines
- A keen creative eye for design and content
- Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
- Degree/ Diploma in Design or a related field

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
