Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to manage accounting operations, GST compliance, financial transactions, and logistics-related accounting activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in GST filing, Tally/ERP systems, and exposure to manufacturing or logistics industry accounting processes.
Key ResponsibilitiesAccounts & Finance
- Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions in Tally ERP / ERP software.
- Prepare and record journal entries, receipts, payments, and bank transactions.
- Reconcile bank accounts, vendor accounts, and customer ledgers.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports and financial statements.
GST & Statutory Compliance
- Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and annual returns).
- Reconcile GST input and output tax records.
- Ensure compliance with GST regulations and maintain statutory records.
- Coordinate with auditors and consultants during audits and assessments.
- Assist in TDS calculations, deductions, and return filing.
Logistics & Manufacturing Accounting
- Verify logistics invoices, freight bills, and transportation charges.
- Monitor inventory-related transactions and stock reconciliation.
- Track inward and outward material movement and coordinate with stores and logistics teams.
- Support costing activities and manufacturing-related accounting processes.
- Ensure proper accounting of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.
ERP & Documentation
- Maintain accurate financial records in Tally/ERP systems.
- Generate reports from ERP for management review.
- Organize accounting documents and ensure proper record retention.
- Support system improvements and process standardization initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Accounts & Finance.
- Experience in Manufacturing or Logistics industry preferred.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of GST filing and GST reconciliation.
- Hands-on experience in Tally ERP / ERP software.
- Knowledge of TDS, statutory compliance, and accounting principles.
- Experience in logistics accounting and manufacturing accounting processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting.
- Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in manufacturing/engineering companies.
- Familiarity with inventory accounting and cost accounting.
- Ability to work independently and meet compliance deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial records.
Pay: ₹25,626.10 - ₹35,628.49 per month
