Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic, well-groomed, and customer-oriented Lobby Hostess to deliver an exceptional guest experience at our premium automobile dealership. The selected candidate will be the first point of contact for customers and will ensure a warm, professional, and luxury hospitality experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom.
- Manage reception and customer lounge activities.
- Offer refreshments and ensure customer comfort during their visit.
- Coordinate appointments with Sales, Service, and Management teams.
- Maintain visitor records and customer footfall reports.
- Handle incoming calls and customer inquiries professionally.
- Support dealership events, launches, and customer engagement activities.
- Ensure reception and customer waiting areas meet premium presentation standards.
- Assist in collecting customer feedback and satisfaction surveys.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Pleasant personality with professional grooming standards.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office proficiency.
- Customer service-oriented attitude.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Experience in hospitality, front office, retail, aviation, or customer service will be an added advantage.
