About the Role
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and experienced Senior Executive – Accounts & Commercials to manage our end-to-end accounting, taxation, and export compliance operations. In this role, you will be the backbone of our daily financial integrity—bridging the gap between active inventory tracking, accurate domestic and international billing, bank reconciliation, and strict statutory compliances.
Key Responsibilities
1. Core Accounting & Ledger Reconciliation
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date daily books of accounts using Tally ERP.
- Perform periodic Bank Reconciliations (checking both domestic and foreign currency accounts).
- Conduct systematic Customer & Vendor Ledger Reconciliations to resolve balance discrepancies, track pending payments, and ensure timely collections.
2. Billing & Documentation
- Handle comprehensive Domestic & Export Invoicing and related documentation (Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, LUT under GST, and coordination for Bills of Lading/Shipping Bills).
- Ensure smooth bank reporting for inward remittances, including tracking and securing FIRC (Foreign Inward Remittance Certificates) and coordinating with bank AD branches.
3. Taxation & GST Compliances
- Prepare, verify, and file GST Returns and reconcile with purchase ledgers to ensure maximum Input Tax Credit (ITC) utilization.
- Ensure full compliance with TDS/TCS provisions, timely deposits, and quarterly return filings.
- Stay updated on custom duty rules, duty drawbacks, or export benefit schemes.
4. Stock, Store & Inventory Controls
- Conduct physical-to-book stock reconciliations to prevent inventory leakage.
- Work closely with the store department to track raw material consumption, semi-finished goods, and finished product dispatches.
- Maintain accurate valuation of stock in Tally.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 3 to 6 years of experience in a manufacturing unit, ideally one with export operations.
- Software Expertise: Mastery of Tally ERP and advanced MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and logical formulas).
- Taxation: Thorough knowledge of Indian Indirect Taxes, GST filing, and TDS/TCS regulations.
- Documentation: Strong familiarity with bank commercial departments and international trade shipping documents.
- Education: B.Com, M.Com, or MBA in Finance.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
