We are an growing MSME looking for a proactive, all-rounder Social Media & Digital Content Executive to handle our online presence. If you love creating content, writing blogs, managing social media channels, and updating online product listings, this role is for you.
You will work closely with the management to build our brand, engage with our audience, and help drive digital inquiries.
What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)
- Social Media Management: Plan and maintain a weekly content calendar for our main platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube).
- Content Creation: Shoot and edit quick short-form videos (Reels, Shorts) using your phone, design basic graphics on Canva, and write engaging captions.
- Blogs & Writing: Research and write simple, informative blog posts for our website to help improve our Google search ranking (SEO).
- Marketplace Listings: Keep our product listings updated on digital marketplaces—ensuring accurate descriptions, clear images, and correct technical details.
- Community Engagement: Reply to comments and direct messages daily, keeping a helpful and professional tone.
- Basic Paid Ads & Tracking: Run simple paid ad campaigns (Meta/LinkedIn Ads) to get leads, and track basic numbers like follower growth and post views
What We Are Looking For (Requirements)
Experience: 2–3 years of hands-on experience handling social media and content for a brand or agency.
Tools: Good command over Canva (for graphics) and mobile video editing apps like CapCut, InShot, or VN.
Writing Skills: Clear and grammatically correct English writing skills for blogs, captions, and customer replies.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable learning and navigating backend marketplace panels to update product data.
Mindset: A self-motivated individual who can take ownership of tasks without needing constant supervision.
