Hiring: Assistant Manager – Sales (PEB Industry)

Industry: Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB)
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Assistant Manager – Sales with 5–8 years of experience in the PEB / Steel Structures / Industrial Construction industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities in the PEB segment
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants & contractors
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals and negotiate contracts
- Achieve sales targets and revenue goals
- Coordinate with design, estimation & project teams for smooth execution
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Candidate Profile:
- 5–8 years of sales experience in PEB / structural steel / industrial construction
- Strong network with industrial clients, architects & consultants preferred
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills
- Target-driven with strong business acumen
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Business / Marketing preferred
