ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a motivated Junior Architect to join our growing team. The ideal candidate brings hands-on production experience, a keen design eye, and the ability to manage project deliverables from concept through construction documentation.
ELIGIBILITY
▸ Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)
▸ Bachelor of Civil Engineering / B.Tech (Civil) or equivalent
▸ Any equivalent qualification in Architecture or related field
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in an architectural or design firm.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
▸ Prepare and manage complete working drawings and construction documents in AutoCAD
▸ Handle design development from concept sketches to detailed drawings
▸ Coordinate directly with clients — attend meetings, understand briefs, present design updates
▸ Liaise with consultants, contractors, and vendors for project execution
▸ Maintain drawing registers and ensure timely delivery of project milestones
REQUIRED SKILLS
▸ Strong command of AutoCAD — 2D drafting, detailing, and production drawings
▸ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
▸ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail
PREFERRED / ADDED ADVANTAGE
▸ 3D Visualization skills (SketchUp, Lumion, 3ds Max, Revit, or similar) — candidates with 3D capabilities will be given priority.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
