We are looking for a hands-on Software Developer to build and maintain our Learning Management System (LMS) and digital training platform.
You will work closely with the founder and business team to convert training and business requirements into a scalable, user-friendly web platform. This is an opportunity to take ownership of the product from an early stage and contribute to the architecture, development, integrations, and continuous improvement of the platform.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain an LMS web application.
- Develop backend APIs and database structures.
- Integrate third-party APIs and services as required.
- Implement authentication, authorization and basic security practices.
- Ensure responsive performance across devices.
- Debug, test and optimize the application.
- Manage deployments and maintain the application after launch.
- Use Git/GitHub and follow good software development practices.
- Work with the team to understand requirements and convert them into functional features.
Requirements
- 0–3 years of experience in software development.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Experience with React.js / Next.js or a similar frontend framework.
- Experience with Node.js / Python or a similar backend technology.
- Good understanding of REST APIs.
- Experience with SQL or NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with Git/GitHub.
- Good problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned features.
Good to Have
- Experience building an LMS, EdTech platform or SaaS product.
- Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP.
- Experience integrating AI or other third-party APIs.
- Experience with payment gateway integrations.
- Experience with video/content platforms.
