Job Description – Branch Manager (Real Estate)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee end-to-end branch operations and ensure achievement of sales targets.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to drive business growth and revenue generation.
- Develop and implement business strategies to enhance branch performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and developers/builders.
- Monitor team performance, conduct training sessions, and ensure target accomplishment.
- Ensure excellent customer experience and timely closure of sales.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth business operations and reporting.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities in the real estate market.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales/Branch Management.
- Strong leadership, team handling, and business development skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and branch profitability.
- Must have strong knowledge of the real estate market.
Preferred Candidate:
- Experience in handling a team of sales professionals.
- Strong networking and local market understanding of Lucknow real estate.
