Roles & Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and references
Identify potential clients including SMEs, startups, and corporates
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Understand client financial requirements and offer suitable loan products
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Client Handling & Deal Execution
Work closely with clients to structure financial solutions
Coordinate with internal teams for quick processing and approvals
Ensure smooth documentation and disbursement process
Maintain follow-ups and close deals efficiently
Market Research & Strategy
Identify new business opportunities and market trends
Develop strategies to expand client base and revenue
Build partnerships with DSAs, agents, and channel partners
Required Skills
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Sales-driven mindset with target-oriented approach
Knowledge of loans/financial products is a plus
Ability to handle pressure and close deals efficiently
Good networking and relationship-building skills
Qualification
Graduate / MBA preferred
1–3 years of experience in sales/business development (Finance preferred)
Salary
Negotiable + Attractive Incentives (performance-based)
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
