About the Role
Aayuritz Phytonutrients Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to promote and expand our portfolio of food ingredients, phytonutrients, nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, and Ayurvedic products. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and sales skills with the ability to build long-term relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in the food ingredients, nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, Ayurveda, and phytonutrients sectors.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with manufacturers, distributors, dealers, and B2B clients.
- Conduct product presentations, client meetings, and follow-up visits.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and timely deliveries.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate sales reports and customer records in CRM or company databases.
- Resolve customer queries and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Travel within Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar, and nearby regions for client meetings.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Science, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Business, or related field preferred).
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in sales of Food Ingredients, Ayurvedic Products, Pharmaceutical Products, Nutraceuticals, or Phytonutrients.
- Freshers with relevant internships or industry exposure may also be considered.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Good understanding of B2B sales processes.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Willingness to travel for business meetings.
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence is preferred.
