Job Summary
Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Signavio / LeanIX Consultant to support a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation program integrating SAP, MES, PLM, and enterprise systems.
The consultant will play a critical role in driving business process transformation and enterprise architecture governance, using Signavio for process modeling, mining, and governance, and LeanIX for enterprise architecture visibility and application landscape management, ensuring alignment across business, IT, and program delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Process Transformation (Signavio)
- Lead end-to-end process modeling (As-Is / To-Be) across SAP workstreams (R2R, P2F, O2C, S2S)
- Maintain process repository, templates, and governance standards within Signavio Process Manager
- Ensure process governance, approvals, and ownership using Signavio Process Governance
Process Governance & Standardization
- Ensure alignment of Signavio models with SAP design, BRDs, and functional specifications
- Support Fit-to-Standard workshops, process discovery, and blueprinting sessions
- Address gaps in process ownership, approval flows, and cross-workstream integration identified in program assessments
Enterprise Architecture (LeanIX)
- Maintain and manage application landscape, system inventory, and architecture views in LeanIX
- Define relationships across SAP, MES, PLM, integration layers, and external systems
- Support target-state architecture definition and roadmap tracking aligned with S/4 transformation
Cross-Tool & Integration Alignment
- Ensure alignment between Signavio process flows and LeanIX architecture landscape
- Enable traceability across process systems data integration flows
- Support integration with tools such as SAP ALM, JIRA/ADO, and reporting dashboards
Must-Have Skills
oStrong hands-on experience in process modeling, process governance, and process mining
oExperience managing process repositories, templates, and KPI frameworks
oExperience in enterprise architecture modeling, application portfolio management, and system mapping
oStrong understanding of architecture governance and landscape visualization
- SAP Transformation Experience
oExperience supporting SAP S/4HANA or large ERP transformation programs
oStrong understanding of end-to-end business processes (R2R, P2P, O2C, Manufacturing)
- Process & Architecture Governance
oxperience aligning process models with architecture and system design
oStrong understanding of cross-system dependencies and integration flows
oAbility to work across business, IT, architecture, and program teams
oStrong communication and facilitation skills
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with SAP ALM, JIRA, or Azure DevOps integration
- Exposure to SAP + MES + PLM integrated landscapes (Semiconductor preferred)
- Experience with process mining analytics and KPI dashboards
- Knowledge of SAP Activate, Fit-to-Standard methodology
- Experience supporting global template and multi-region rollouts
