Performance Marketing Executive Role Overview
Digicage is looking for a Performance Marketing Executive with 1+ year of hands-on experience in managing paid advertising campaigns. You'll work on live client projects, manage Meta & Google Ads, optimize campaign performance, and help drive measurable business growth.
Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize Meta & Google Ads campaigns.
- Conduct audience, competitor, and market research.
- Set up Meta Pixel, Conversion API (CAPI), and conversion tracking.
- Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics such as CPC, CTR, CPL, CPA, and ROAS.
- Perform A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and campaign strategies.
- Optimize campaigns to improve lead quality and overall performance.
- Prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives.
Requirements
- 1+ year of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Strong understanding of campaign objectives, audience targeting, and marketing funnels.
- Knowledge of Meta Pixel, CAPI, Google Analytics, and conversion tracking.
- Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
Employment Details

- Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
- Probation Period: 3 Months
- Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
