About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Google Ads Quality Analyst who can monitor, review, and optimise the quality and performance of Google Ads campaigns. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Google Ads, campaign auditing, performance analysis, and quality control to ensure campaigns achieve maximum efficiency, compliance, and ROI.
The candidate should be capable of identifying campaign issues, improving ad quality scores, analysing data trends, and coordinating with the marketing team to enhance overall paid campaign performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and analyse Google Ads campaigns for quality, accuracy, and performance.
- Monitor campaign structure, keywords, ad copies, landing pages, and targeting settings.
- Identify optimisation opportunities to improve Quality Score, CTR, conversions, and ROI.
- Conduct regular audits of search, display, shopping, video, and remarketing campaigns.
- Ensure campaigns follow Google Ads policies and best practices.
- Analyse campaign metrics and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
- Work closely with PPC specialists, content teams, and designers for campaign improvements.
- Track keyword performance, bidding strategies, and competitor activities.
- Identify issues affecting campaign performance and recommend corrective actions.
- Monitor conversion tracking, analytics integrations, and attribution models.
- Maintain campaign quality standards and improve overall ad efficiency.
- Stay updated with Google Ads updates, algorithm changes, and industry trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in Google Ads/PPC campaign management or quality analysis.

- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.
