Position: International Travel Consultant
We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused, and result-oriented candidates for the position of International Travel Consultant. The candidate should have good knowledge of international and domestic holiday destinations and must be comfortable handling travel sales, client coordination, and holiday package customization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound travel sales queries through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
- Design and sell customized holiday packages for destinations such as Bali, Thailand, Goa, Maldives, and Kerala.
- Understand customer requirements, preferences, and budget to suggest suitable travel packages.
- Provide complete travel information including hotels, flights, sightseeing, transfers, visa guidance, and itineraries.
- Coordinate with operations and vendors to ensure smooth travel arrangements for clients.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into successful bookings.
- Build strong customer relationships by providing excellent service and travel support.
- Maintain proper records of leads, bookings, payments, and customer interactions.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.
- Stay updated with travel trends, destination knowledge, and seasonal offers.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Knowledge of international and domestic travel destinations.
- Experience in travel sales or customer handling will be preferred.
- Ability to handle clients professionally and manage multiple queries.
- Basic knowledge of holiday package creation and itinerary planning.
- Positive attitude, sales-oriented mindset, and team coordination skills.
- Comfortable working in a target-based environment.
