Job Opening: Field Supervisor – Production & Dispatch

Qualification: 10th Pass / 12th Pass (Minimum Qualification) | ITI or Diploma candidates are also welcome to apply.
About the Company: White 'N' White Minerals Pvt. Ltd. is a leading manufacturer of Calcined Lime, Quick Lime, Hydrated Lime, Limestone, and other inorganic mineral products. We are looking for dedicated and hardworking Field Supervisors to oversee daily plant operations, warehouse activities, loading, dispatch, and material handling at our manufacturing facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse work and ensure proper storage of materials.
- Monitor truck loading and unloading to ensure the correct material and quantity are dispatched.
- Check the packing of materials and ensure bags are properly filled, sealed, and stacked.
- Coordinate with production, dispatch, and transport teams for smooth daily operations.
- Supervise labor during loading, unloading, packing, and other plant activities.
- Check the physical quality of limestone, quick lime, and other materials, and collect samples for testing when required.
- Maintain daily records of loading, dispatch, stock movement, and vehicle entries.
- Ensure proper handling of materials to avoid damage, loss, or wastage.
- Follow all plant safety rules and ensure a clean and safe working area.
- Report any material, loading, packing, or quality issues to the Plant Supervisor or Manager.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing, warehouse, dispatch, or plant operations.
- Physically fit and willing to work in outdoor plant conditions.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage labor and loading activities.
- Basic knowledge of stock handling and dispatch processes.
