Job description
Develop and implement adversarial attack techniques (e.g., FGSM, PGD, DeepFool) such as evasion, poisoning, model extraction, etc. to assess the robustness of AI models.
Research and develop novel methodologies for adversarial robustness evaluation.
Work closely with cybersecurity and AI researchers to identify vulnerabilities and propose mitigation strategies.
Optimize model evaluation frameworks for adversarial testing, leveraging tools such as Foolbox, CleverHans, and Adversarial Robustness Toolbox (ART).
Implement automated testing pipelines for continuous robustness assessment of ML models.
Conduct experiments to analyze model vulnerabilities and generate detailed reports on findings.
Ensure compliance with ethical standards and best practices in AI security research.
Required Skills
Strong background in machine learning, deep learning, and fundamentals of adversarial attack techniques.
Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
Knowledge of security principles in AI/ML applications.
Familiarity with optimization techniques, gradient-based methods, and robust training strategies.
Excellent problem-solving and research skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
