Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments.
- Provide information about hospital services, doctors, specialties, and health packages.
- Follow up with patients regarding appointments, consultations, and feedback.
- Maintain accurate patient records and update information in the hospital system.
- Address patient inquiries and direct calls to the appropriate department when required.
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, and other departments for patient requirements.
- Ensure excellent patient service and maintain confidentiality of patient information.
- Achieve daily call targets and maintain call quality standards.
Requirements:
- Any Graduate or Diploma holder.
- 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or healthcare support.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with hospital management systems is preferred.
- Ability to handle patients courteously and professionally.
Pay: ₹8,502.96 - ₹20,000.00 per month
