Role Overview
We are looking for a creative storyteller who can conceptualize, create, and manage content across platforms such as Instagram and other relevant digital channels. The ideal candidate will be skilled in developing content calendars, identifying emerging trends, and optimizing content performance through data-driven insights.
This role blends creativity, analytics, and platform expertise. You will play a key role in promoting the organization’s initiatives across arts, culture, heritage, design, and hospitality, while helping build and engage relevant audiences and communities through compelling storytelling and content.
The role is dynamic, involving multiple projects and travel across the country.
Key Responsibilities
· Create and manage content across digital platforms.
· Develop storytelling-led content calendars and campaigns.
· Promote initiatives across arts, culture, heritage, design, and hospitality.
· Build engagement with artists, designers, creators, and relevant communities.
· Track content performance and identify opportunities to improve reach and engagement.
· Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to bring stories and experiences to life.
Skills & Experience
· 3–6 years of experience in content creation, social media, digital marketing, or brand communications.
· Strong storytelling, communication, and content planning skills.
· Passion for arts, culture, design, heritage, and creative industries.
· Proficiency in Canva, AI tools, and content editing platforms.
· Photography, videography, and content creation capabilities are preferred.
· Open to travel across India.
Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
