Full Stack Developer & Online Bidder (Upwork & Freelancer)
We're a web/mobile/AI development agency. We're hiring someone who can both win projects and build them — bid on Upwork/Freelancer, then develop the work you close.
Responsibilities:
- Find and apply to relevant web, mobile, and AI dev jobs on Upwork & Freelancer
- Write tailored, high-converting proposals and handle client replies
- Develop and deliver the projects you win — frontend, backend, and integrations
- Communicate with clients through the project lifecycle
- Track bids, response rates, and conversions
Requirements:
- Proven bidding experience on Upwork/Freelancer with won projects
- Strong development skills: React, Next.js, Node.js, React Native (bonus: Laravel/Vue, Python, AI/LLM APIs)
- Excellent written English and proposal-writing
- Able to deploy to live environments (AWS/Vercel/Netlify)
- Available to overlap with US hours
Nice to have:
- Fiverr experience, Stripe/API integrations, CRM/lead tracking
Pay: ₹379,799.93 - ₹400,000.00 per year
