Job Summary :
The Dispatch Executive is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing the dispatch of finished furniture products. The role ensures accurate quantity verification, proper packing, safe loading, timely delivery, and complete dispatch documentation while maintaining product quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Dispatch Planning & Coordination
- Plan daily dispatch activities as per delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with Production, QC, Packing, and Logistics teams.
- Ensure timely dispatch of all customer orders.
2. Material & Product Verification
- Verify products against Order Forms, Delivery Challans, and Packing Lists.
- Ensure correct quantity, specifications, and product codes.
- Confirm availability of all hardware, accessories, and installation materials.
3. Loading & Transportation Management
- Arrange suitable vehicles according to product dimensions and volume.
- Supervise loading activities to prevent product damage.
- Ensure proper placement and securing of products during transportation.
- Provide special handling instructions for glass, mirror, and fragile items.
4. Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare and verify Delivery Challans, Invoices, E-Way Bills, and Transport Documents.
- Maintain dispatch records and daily dispatch reports.
- Update management regarding dispatch status and delivery schedules.
5. Quality & Safety Compliance
- Verify packing quality before dispatch.
- Ensure products are free from damage before loading.
- Follow company safety procedures during loading and unloading operations.
6. Delivery Tracking & Customer Coordination
- Coordinate with drivers and transporters.
- Track delivery status and resolve transportation issues.
- Collect Proof of Delivery (POD) and delivery confirmation.
7. Video & Photo Documentation
- Record loading videos before vehicle departure.
- Ensure drivers share delivery site photos/videos before and after unloading.
- Maintain dispatch records for future reference.

Qualification :
- Graduate / Diploma in any discipline.
Experience :
- 2–5 years of experience in Modular Furniture, Interior Projects, Manufacturing, Dispatch, or Logistics Operations.
Location : Raipur (C.G.)
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
