KEY RESPONSIBILTIES:
HANDLE CUSTOMER QURIES VIA VOICE SUPPORT (INBOUND)
PROVIDE ACCURATE RESOLUTIONS WITHIN DEFINED TIMELINES.

STRONG COMMUNICATION SKILLS
VERSANT SCORE: 58+ (B2 LEVEL)
