About the Role
EOX Security Solution Private Limited is looking for a responsible and energetic Field Officer to oversee field operations and ensure the smooth deployment of security personnel across assigned client locations in Dindigul. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling site operations independently, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring service quality through regular field visits.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct frequent on-site visits to monitor security operations and ensure service quality.
Coordinate and manage the deployment of security personnel at assigned client locations.
Inspect sites regularly to ensure operational standards and company policies are followed.
Address site-level concerns and resolve issues promptly.
Maintain effective communication with clients and build strong professional relationships.
Prepare and submit field activity reports and operational updates to the management.
Report to the Head Office once every week for performance review and operational updates.
Coordinate with the management team to ensure smooth day-to-day field operations.
Candidate Requirements
Diploma, Undergraduate, or Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage field operations independently and respond effectively to operational challenges.
Willingness to travel frequently within Dindigul and nearby areas for official duties.
Candidates must own a personal two-wheeler and possess a valid driving licence, as frequent field travel is mandatory for this role.
Strong organizational and reporting skills.
Previous experience in security services, facility management, or field operations will be an added advantage.
