Job Title: Production TraineeJob Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Trainee to join our manufacturing/production team. The trainee will learn production processes, assist in daily operations, and support the team in achieving quality and efficiency targets. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates starting a career in production and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in day-to-day production activities on the shop floor
- Learn and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Support machine operations under supervision
- Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met
- Help maintain production records and reports
- Ensure proper use of equipment and safety practices
- Identify and report issues or deviations in the production process
- Work with team members to meet production targets
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
