Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced RPA Power Automate Developer with 1.5 - 2.5 years of hands-on experience in Power Automate Desktop and Cloud Flows. The ideal candidate should have expertise in developing enterprise automation solutions, deploying bots, and supporting automation projects across the complete development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy automation solutions using RPA Power Automate Desktop and Cloud Flows.
- Develop UI automation solutions for desktop, web, and enterprise applications.
- Deploy and manage Power Automate bots and cloud workflows.
- Build automation solutions involving Excel, SAP, APIs, and AI Builder.
- Configure and manage Unattended Machine Setup for Power Automate.
- Understand business requirements and translate them into automation solutions.
- Develop, enhance, and support automation solutions, including change requests and production support.
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain existing automation workflows.
- Collaborate with Business Users and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Identify, assess, and prioritize automation opportunities across business functions.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 1.5 - 2.5 years of experience in RAP Power Automate Desktop.
- Strong hands-on experience in UI Automation and workflow development.
- Experience with Power Automate bot deployment, cloud workflows, and unattended automation.
- Hands-on experience with Excel Automation, SAP Automation, REST APIs, and AI Builder.
- Good knowledge of SQL and Python.
- Strong understanding of automation lifecycle, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Good to have an understanding of how to create a PDD and SDD.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Non-Negotiable Requirements
- Candidates must be willing to relocate to Mumbai (Malad).
- Notice period must not exceed 15 days (Immediate Joiners Preferred).
- Must have hands-on development experience in Power Automate Desktop and Cloud Flows.
- Candidates who do not meet the above criteria will not be considered.
