Role Overview
The Google Ads ROI Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns with a strong focus on maximizing return on investment (ROI), reducing cost per acquisition, and improving overall campaign performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Google Ads Search, Display, and Shopping campaigns
- Focus on improving ROI, ROAS, and conversion performance
- Monitor daily campaign budgets and performance metrics
- Conduct keyword research and ad copy optimization
- Set up and manage conversion tracking and analytics
- Analyze data to reduce cost per lead and improve efficiency
- Prepare performance reports and insights for internal teams and clients
- Implement testing and scaling strategies to improve campaign results
- Stay updated with Google Ads policies and best practices
Eligibility
For Freshers / Entry-Level:
- Basic knowledge of Google Ads and performance marketing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to learn ROI-focused optimization
For Experienced Candidates:
- Minimum 3+ months experience in managing Google Ads campaigns
- Experience in improving ROI / ROAS / CPA
