Job Title: Compliance Executive - UK Shift

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Compliance Executive to join our team at WESolutions. As a Compliance Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring adherence to regulations and company policies while providing support to candidates throughout the process. Your role will involve handling various tasks related to reservations, fares, routings, client handling, e-ticketing, and visa processing.
Roles and Responsibilities: -
- Demonstrate expertise in reservations, fares, routings, client handling, and e-ticketing.
- Record and manage all the documents provided by candidates accurately.
- Assist candidates with their accommodation arrangements.
- Stay updated on airline rules and regulations.
- Provide guidance and support to candidates for competency tests.
- Track and monitor the progress of candidates' visa applications.
- Keep candidates informed about the status of their visa application.
- Conduct quarterly reviews of all candidate cases to ensure timely processing of applications.
- Maintain candidate communication and record all relevant information in CRM.
- Follow up with candidates and maintain a positive relationship throughout the process.
