Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor day-to-day site activities.
- Ensure work is executed as per drawings and project requirements.
- Conduct site measurements and quantity verification.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams.
- Monitor quality of construction and finishing work.
- Maintain site records and progress reports.
- Plan and track material requirements.
- Resolve site-related technical issues.
- Conduct regular site inspections and update project status.
- Verify work completion and project documentation.
Requirements:
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 2–5 years of experience in construction site execution or supervision.
- Understanding of civil, structural, and architectural drawings.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, BOQ, estimation, and billing.
- Experience in site coordination and resource management.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work at project locations as required.
- Ability to independently manage site operations and project activities.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
