- Maintaining financial health of the company
- Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sale results and the company's actual performance compared to the business plan.
- Responsible for Fliqmarine Portal updating ( Operations and Finance Module).
- Evaluate ,Prepare and upload invoices within tact time liaising with operation team.
- P&L Analysis.
- Validate Global Vendor invoices.
- Credit note controls.
- Record and validate AP and AR
- SOA to Client and responsible for timely payment.
- Bank Reconciliation ( Multiple bank in different countries)
- Vendor swift payments
- Preparing and publishing Financial budget and reports
- Propose upgrading portal and streamline financial process as per audit requirements.
- Prepare and forward reports as per Singapore / UAE and US audit requirements.
- PF and TDS for staff
- Salary and reimbursement control.
- Training Finance Team
- Ensure quality control over financial transactions and rerporting
- Complying with local, state and government reporting requirements and tax filing. (GST filing in India)
- Supervising and preparing income statements.
- Proficient user of finance software.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹850,000.00 - ₹950,000.00 per year
