Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through calls, references, digital platforms, and field activities.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding residential/commercial properties.
- Conduct property presentations and site visits for clients.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties.
- Follow up with prospective buyers and close sales deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain customer database and sales records in CRM.
- Coordinate with legal, finance, and documentation teams for smooth closures.
- Develop and maintain relationships with channel partners and brokers.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and property pricing.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
- Good knowledge of local real estate market and property sales process.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
