Job Summary
We are looking for a Sales Executive who will be responsible for generating and converting property sales leads, understanding customer requirements, conducting site visits, explaining project features, and achieving assigned sales targets.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a positive attitude, and a strong interest in building a career in real-estate sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate, follow up, and convert leads into property bookings.
- Understand customer needs and explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and amenities.
- Conduct site visits and build strong customer relationships.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain accurate sales/CRM records.
- Coordinate with internal teams and ensure smooth documentation and customer experience.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term customer relationships.
