Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in monitoring system performance and identifying potential issues before they impact operations.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on technical challenges.
- Document and communicate incident resolutions and best practices to improve team efficiency.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft 365.
- Experience with troubleshooting and resolving issues within cloud-based productivity suites.
- Strong understanding of incident management and problem resolution processes.
- Ability to create and manage Requests for Change and update technical documentation.
- Familiarity with collaborating across teams and vendors to resolve complex technical problems.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft 365.
- This position is based at our Bhubaneswar office.
