We are hiring a result-oriented candidate for a blended role of tele calling. You will call potential leads to promote our Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) solutions. This is a non-target role focused on quality communication and long-term company growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Engagement: Call provided leads to introduce PEB sales offerings.
- Customer Relations: Explain product benefits and capture client requirements.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate lead records in MS Excel.
- Documentation: Prepare basic business letters and reports in MS Word.
- Back-Office Support: Assist the sales team with daily administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Skills: Basic to moderate data entry experience.
- Software: Proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel).
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
