Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced IT Engineer to manage hardware systems, networking infrastructure, system troubleshooting, and IT support operations. The candidate should have hands-on experience in computer hardware, LAN/WAN networking, CCTV, printers, and system maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
· Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT hardware
· Manage LAN/WAN networks, Wi-Fi, routers, and switches
· Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
· Maintain system backups and antivirus security
· Support users for email, internet, and system-related problems
· Monitor CCTV, biometric, and attendance systems
· Coordinate with vendors for repairs and AMC services
· Maintain IT inventory and documentation
Required Skills
· Strong knowledge of computer hardware and networking
· Experience with routers, switches, TCP/IP, and Wi-Fi configuration
· Knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and basic server support
· Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
· Good communication and teamwork abilities
Qualification
· Diploma / Graduate in IT, Computer Science, Hardware & Networking, or related field
· Certifications like CCNA / Hardware Networking preferred
