Position: Robotics Research Engineer
We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Robotics Research Engineer to join our team in Salem. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting robotics and STEM classes in schools, developing educational content, supporting student projects, and contributing to research and innovation activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Robotics, Electronics, and STEM training sessions in schools.
- Teach students using hands-on project-based learning methods.
- Assist in the development of robotics kits, educational projects, and training materials.
- Guide students in building and programming robotics projects.
- Research emerging technologies and incorporate them into educational programs.
- Support robotics competitions, exhibitions, and workshops.
- Maintain training equipment, robotics kits, and laboratory resources.
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, and technical documentation.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of Robotics, Electronics, Sensors, and Microcontrollers.
- Familiarity with Arduino, ESP32, Raspberry Pi, or similar platforms.
- Understanding of basic programming concepts.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and engaging manner.
- Strong English communication skills (Mandatory).
- Willingness to travel to partner schools when required.
Qualifications
- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics, Robotics, Computer Science, or related field.
- Freshers with strong practical knowledge are encouraged to apply.
- 1 year of experience in Robotics, Electronics, STEM Training, or related fields is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience conducting workshops or training sessions.
- Participation in robotics projects, competitions, or research activities.
- Knowledge of AI, IoT, Computer Vision, or Embedded Systems is an added advantage.
